

Nashi offers Health Navigation services to Ukrainian clients
A Health Navigator is part of your support system based on a shared culture and experiences, and knowledge and understanding of the challenges of resettlement. They have professional training and expertise in navigating the American health and social care system. At Nashi Immigrants Health Board, our team speaks your language, understands your culture and values, because everyone on our team comes from the Ukrainian community.
Our Health Navigator(s) can support you in many ways such as: helping to connect you and your family to health services, translating and explaining health documents and materials, connecting with your healthcare team to advocate for your needs and assisting you with general needs related to connecting into the health and social care system here in the United States.
We currently have Navigators who serve Snohomish and King Counties, so you can choose what is best for you based on the programs:
Our King County health navigator (Iryna Zgurovets) currently serves clients with specific eligibility requirements only:
- Client who arrived through Uniting for Ukraine program (arrival between February 2022-September 2024 only)
- Clients with Ukrainian Humanitarian Parole
Our Snohomish County Navigators (Nataliia Burenko and Svitlana Kryshtanovska) serve all Ukrainian refugees and immigrants residing in Snohomish County
